These terms are additional to those set out in the eBay User Agreement and ancillary documents, as they apply to the relationship between Buyer and Seller for the sale of goods. In the event of any conflict, these terms shall prevail.

Seller: Landways Management Limited.
Buyer: As specified on eBay. Note: business buyers only (including sole traders and equivalent). The buyer confirms it is an informed technical buyer.
Price: as stated in the relevant listing exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment: payment due on checkout.
Title and risk: pass on full cleared payment and delivery/collection.
Delivery: lead times are estimates only and may change for supply-chain or carrier delays.
Inspection: Buyer must inspect goods promptly on receipt and notify defects (see returns below) or shortages within 14 days.
Warranties: Buyer is responsible for securing the benefit of any manufacturer’s warranty that may be available; no additional warranties are given.
Software: Buyer is responsible for the licensing of any software that it may require in conjunction with the goods.
Returns: returns accepted only if goods are faulty (beyond any defects / wear and tear disclosed by Seller), misdescribed, or agreed in writing in advance. No returns after 30 days.
Liability: Seller’s liability is limited to the contract price.
